The intersection of mental health and education is my happy place!

With over a decade of experience teaching and supporting students in grades K–12, I am INCREDIBLY passionate about making mental health education engaging, relevant, and accessible for all. I partner with schools, programs, and organizations to provide meaningful, developmentally appropriate mental health and social-emotional curricula, tailored to meet the unique needs of every community.

​1. CURRICULUM CREATION/ ENHANCEMENT:

Services include designing curriculum from scratch, enhancing existing lessons, or tailoring content to meet the needs of diverse learners. Lesson plans (pre-designed or fully customized) blend practical coping strategies, accessible psychoeducation, and interactive activities that build emotional awareness, foster self-confidence, and improve overall well-being.

2. *AS NEEDED* COACHING & CONSULTATION SUPPORT:

  • Hourly Rate: best for specific questions, curriculum reviews, strategy sessions, etc.

  • Monthly Retainer Rate (a reduced hourly rate): best for ongoing coaching, regular check-ins, and continuous support as your projects and needs evolve

3. BOOK ME TO FACILITATE A WORKSHOp OR TRAINING FOR YOUR GROUP!

Interactive, engaging presentations that bring mental health and social-emotional learning directly to groups of any size. Workshops can be fully customized for your audience (students, staff, youth programs, or workplace teams) and designed to align with your group’s developmental stage, goals, and challenges. Sessions are available in-person (with travel options) or virtually.
