The intersection of mental health and education is my happy place!
I partner with schools, programs, and organizations to provide meaningful, developmentally appropriate mental health and social-emotional curricula, tailored to meet the unique needs of every community. With over a decade of experience teaching and supporting students in grades K–12, I am INCREDIBLY passionate about making mental health education engaging, relevant, and accessible for all.
My curriculum services include instructional design from scratch, enhancing existing lessons, consultation/coaching, and workshop/training facilitation. Lessons (pre-designed or fully customized) blend practical coping strategies, accessible psychoeducation, and interactive activities that build emotional awareness, foster self-confidence, and improve overall well-being.
Service Fee Ranges

Service fees are individualized and project-based. Pricing depends by a variety of factors, such as the number of lessons, curriculum depth and scope, timeline, deliverables/additional materials, and your desired levels of collaboration, customization, and support.

Below you can find example fee ranges to help you get a better sense of what your desired service might cost, depending on the unique variables of your project(s). These estimates are intended as a general guide only and may not reflect the actual cost of your individual project, since final pricing will vary based on project-specific factors. I'm happy to work together to create a plan that fits within your budget and feels fair to both of us. :)

1. CURRICULUM CREATION or ENHANCEMENT:
1a. Ready-to-Use Curriculum & Materials:
You provide the goals, needs, and any required details, and I deliver the final draft for you to review/approve - whether that is curriculum built from scratch or the enhancement of your existing materials. You can customize the curriculum to your desired level, such as individualizing it to your needs OR having it provided with minimal customizations.

2-hr lesson plan with *minor customizations: ~$95 - $125

Full curriculum (1 hr lessons; 8 - 12 total) with *minor customizations: ~$225 - $375

Customized bundled lesson plans (1 hr lessons; 3-6 total): ~$375 - $525

*"Minor Customizations" means basic adjustments to better personalize the material to your needs. This may include: sequence, framing/context, names, examples, specific goals, etc. (It does not include changes to the core content, lesson structure, or the creation of alternative activities.)

1b. Collaboration, Coaching, & Co-Creation:
We work closely together throughout the process of designing or enhancing your curriculum with regular meetings, detailed feedback, and ongoing individualized support at a base rate of ~$125/hr.

FULL CURRICULUM (comprised of ~8 - 12 individual, one-hour lessons) with fee ranges by desired level of support. Timeline can be adjusted (compressed or lengthened) as needed.

COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT (~3 hrs/week of 1-1 support for ~6-10 weeks): ~$2250 - $3750

CORE SUPPORT (~2 hrs/week of 1-1 support for ~6-10 weeks): ~$1500 - $2500

ASYNCHRONOUS SUPPORT (~6-10 weeks; i.e. limited to texts/emails, shared documents, & recorded feedback; includes a 1-hr Kickoff Call): ~$800 - $1200

3. BOOK ME TO FACILITATE A WORKSHOp OR TRAINING FOR YOUR GROUP!
Interactive, engaging presentations that bring mental health and social-emotional learning directly to groups of any size. Workshops or trainings can be fully customized for your audience (students, staff, youth programs, or workplace teams) and designed to align with your group’s developmental stage, goals, and challenges. Sessions are available in-person (with travel options) or virtually.
